In addition to our physical fitness offerings, November activities include: Card making with Leslie, Pumpkin Decor class with Ranae, Halloween wood pallet plaque with Stephanie, Cooking class (pasta!) with Chef Pagan, and Painting with a Twist Splatter Room.

MINDFULNESS TIP:

Walk mindfully.  Walking is one of the most relaxing exercises.  But it can be too easy to overthink and ruin a good walk.  When walking, be mindful of the world around you and pay attention to all of your senses.
