EMPLOYEE WELLNESS: 

The district offers a wide variety of Wellness Classes every month of the school year, ranging from card making, to bingo, to regular yoga, swim and bootcamp workout classes. Details on wellness activities and links to sign up are in a newsletter that is sent to staff at the beginning of each month. All Wellness Classes are optional and offered at no cost to employees

Bootcamp

Join the class for a fun fusion of styles incorporating high and low-intensity movements and weight training.

Yoga 

Join Jennifer or Brody for a gentle flow yoga where no experience is necessary. We will take our time going through breathing exercises, stretching, sun salutations and then a gentle flow of yoga poses that will be geared towards relieving stress from the strenuous work week.

MINDFULNESS TIP: 

Walk mindfully.  Walking is one of the most relaxing exercises.  But it can be too easy to overthink and ruin a good walk.  When walking, be mindful of the world around you and pay attention to all of your senses.
