EMPLOYEE WELLNESS:
The district offers a wide variety of Wellness Classes every month of the school year, ranging from card making, to bingo, to workout classes like yoga and bootcamp. Details on wellness activities and links to sign up are in a newsletter that is sent to staff at the beginning of each month. All Wellness Classes are optional and offered at no cost to employees.

Mindfulness Tip
Walk mindfully. Walking is one of the most relaxing exercises. But it can be too easy to overthink and ruin a good walk. When walking, be mindful of the world around you and pay attention to all of your senses.
