Out-of-Zone or Out-of-District Infomation
Patriot is currently closed to any new OOD or OOZ students. Returning students who are OOD or OOZ will need to fill out a new approval form for the 2021-2022 school year. Please return all forms to Patriot Elementary either by sending with your student or via email to lbarnes@ffc8.org
