GoTo Phone System - Internal SMS Communication Campaign Statement
Fountain-Fort Carson School District 8 (FFC8) ("we," "our," or "us") uses SMS messaging via the GoTo phone system for internal employee communications or in response to public inquiries initiated via text messaging. Our SMS communications are intended solely for operational purposes, including, but not limited to employee notifications, scheduling updates, and responses to inbound messages. This campaign does not involve marketing or commercial messaging. Users can opt-in to receive text messages by initiating a text conversation at (719) 382-1300.
Messages will only be sent to employees to whom we have provided a work phone number or to members of the public who have initiated communication with an employee via text. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. Standard message and data rates may apply. External recipients may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier’s plan. Charges for text messages may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid balance.
