Out-of-zone / Out-of-district enrollment request form

Requests are CLOSED for the season.

Please fill out the form for any new students, including new siblings or children of staff joining the district.

Families with a student currently approved and enrolled in our district for OOD or OOZ should contact their school.

New preschool students to Fountain-Fort Carson School District 8 will not be able to register online
until approved for enrollment. 

• Town Preschool Enrollments, please call Conrad Preschool at (719) 304-3500 before completing Infinite Campus registration. 
• Post Preschool Enrollments, please call Weikel Preschool at (719) 358-4338 before completing Infinite Campus registration.
