2020 Summer Learning Institute (summer school) Registration

    Download and save the registration form to your computer.  Open the saved document and fill out the form.  Send the completed registration form to the SLI Secretary listed on the form.

    PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

    Starting April 8th, Eagleside will be adding office hours during the emergency closure to support the following:

    1) Registration of new students

    2) Existing students who would like to re-enroll or withdraw

    3) Families dropping off next year’s OOD and OOZ request forms 

    Our office hours for registration needs will be: 9:00am- 1:00pm.  We ask that parents wait/stay in our vestibule and/or outside and use proper social distancing practices if waiting in a line. Please do not visit the school during registration hours unless you have one of these needs.

    Parents/guardians who will be picking up an instructional packets on Wednesday’s, it will be from 12:00pm-1:00pm. No need to come inside the school, weather permitting, you will find tables out front with the grade level specific to your student. Please pick-up one packet per student. Packet pick-up on Thursdays will be from 9:00am-10:00am.

    Attached you will find a Classroom Request form. At the end of each school year, we work with grade-level teachers to place students for the next year. We cannot guarantee a teacher placement, however you can request a classroom that will best fit the needs of your student. Please complete the form and email it back to tstarzynski@ffc8.org if you feel it is necessary.

    The above documents are request documents used for planning purposes for the 2020-2021 school year. **Aragon Elementary, Abrams Elementary, Mountainside Elementary, Carson Middle and Welte Education Center are the only schools accepting NEW OOD and/or OOZ.** Forms must be turned in to the school you wish to attend. Parents will be notified at a later date whether their requests are approved or not. Upon approval, enrollment for these categories will follow the same process as all other new and returning students. Enrollment for the 2020-2021 school year will begin online on June 1, 2020.
