We are going to start Calm Cowboys again soon. The program was designed to help students learn new skills to manage feelings through breathing, movement, and calming techniques.
We will have two sessions of Calm Cowboys this year (please initial/check next to the session(s) your student will attend. They can attend both sessions).
October 16th to December 13th (No classes on Nov. 6, Nov. 20 and 22nd)
January 22nd to March 14th (No class on Feb 14th)
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30 am to 7:00 am
Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm
