Ms. Stephanie Lee
Hello! I love being the principal of Conrad! There are so many opportunities for new learning and growing. I began working with Fountain-Fort Carson School District in 1998 at Abrams Elementary as a half-day Kindergarten teacher and 1/2 day Building Interventionist. The following year, I transferred to Jordahl Elementary to teach a 1st/2nd grade looping position, then remained a 2nd grade teacher for three more years. I then transferred to Aragon Elementary in 2003 where I held various roles as a 2nd grade teacher, half-day Kindergarten teacher, and Building Interventionist. In 2015, I became the Assistant Principal at Jordahl Elementary where I enjoyed four years working with the staff, students, and families. In August 2019, I transitioned to Preschool Administrator at Conrad Early Learning Center where I am excited to continue to grow and share my knowledge of early education/intervention and special education.
I want to share my vision of the magnificent growth we can make as educators when we build relationships with our students, colleagues, and families, and then meet the needs of the whole person. I want to continue building positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the Fountain community and extending a sense of belonging. My hope is to foster a culture of learning and growing, where grace is given because we are all life long learners and none of us are perfect.
My family is all ingrained in Fountain-Fort Carson School District. My husband, Mark, graduated from FFCHS and now works with the Phoenix Academy in the middle school program and is a varsity football coach at Fountain-Fort Carson High School. My oldest son, Jonathen, graduated from FFCHS in 2018, and is continuing his education through the transition program. My middle son, Jaylen, is attending FFCHS and participates in various sports throughout the year, and my youngest son, Jaren, attends Eagleside Elementary and is huge sports fan and athlete. We are always involved in some sporting event, and that usually keeps us pretty busy and involved. My family has been very blessed with our Fountain-Fort Carson community. I want all families to be able to experience the same, and I hope to instill that at Conrad with the first school experience.
