• Mrs. Rangel, Teacher
    ABOUT ME:
My family (husband, Jose, and daughter, Mila) and I enjoy watching sports, barbecuing, hiking, and traveling (when we can). I’m looking forward to a great year!
    EXPERIENCE:
I’ve been teaching at Conrad ELC since 2020. Prior to that, I taught kindergarten (2 years) and Moderate-Severe Special Education (2 years) in Guam. I also taught a Structured Learning preschool (5 years) designed specifically for students with Autism or Autism like behaviors while located at McConnell AFB in Kansas.
    EDUCATION:
I attended the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!) and received my undergraduate degree in Unified Early Childhood and a M.S.E. in Special Education.
I ENJOY WORKING AT CONRAD BECAUSE:
My passion lies in creating an environment where ALL students feel safe, loved, and empowered to learn and be challenged.

    ABOUT ME:
I grew up in Arkansas until my 8th grade year when my family moved to Fort Campbell, and then to beautiful Colorado where I’ve lived for about eight years now. I like to read, be creative by printing or creating different clothing or jewelry items as well as go to the gym as often as I can. I have a pretty big family; therefore, there is never a dull moment with four brothers and four sisters. I graduated from FFCHS, and attended Adam State University in Alamosa, Colorado.
    EXPERIENCE:
I joined Conrad’s staff in 2021. I also worked with 3- and 4-year old’s at Weikel Elementary on Fort Carson in 2018 for a year. I have always worked with kids since high school in both the community, church, and babysitting.
I ENJOY WORKING AT CONRAD BECAUSE:
The staff has been very welcoming and a joy to work with. Conrad has created an amazing atmosphere for both its students and teachers to learn and grow together, and I’ve appreciated every moment working here, and I’m very grateful for this opportunity and being able to make a difference in the classroom and our kid’s lives.
