To use your Parent Portal
- At the top of the page, you will need to click on select a student, select your child.
- Your child’s calendar will first appear. You should be able to look at the calendar and see any assignments your child’s teachers have given him or her for that day.
- Clicking on schedule will show your child’s schedule. You can click on a teacher’s name to be directed to their email.
- Clicking on attendance will allow you to keep track of your child's absences and tardies. These are updated early.
- Clicking on Grades will allow you to see your child grades. You would like to see if your child has missing assignments or late assignments, click on the class name. You will see the detailed grade book assignment for that class.
- Clicking on Assessment will allow you to see your child’s CSAP, TCAP, and ACT scores.
- Clicking on Graduation Planner will allow you to see your child’s GPA and to see if your child is on track to graduate.
- Clicking on fees will allow you to see if your child has any money owed due to lost textbooks, library books, laptops, fees, etc.
- Clicking on Reports will allow you to see your child’s schedule, missing assignments and after the first grading period, you will be able to click on your child’s report card and print it off.
- You can email your student’s teachers or counselor by clicking on their name in the schedule.
