New Assistant Superintendent of Student Achievement

Fountain-Fort Carson School District is excited to welcome back Dr. Bill Dallas as Assistant Superintendent of Student Achievement.

Many of you may remember Dr. Dallas as a former Principal at Fountain Middle School. During his career serving public education, he taught secondary science for 7 years and has been a building and district leader for 15 years.

Dr. Dallas has a Bachelor of Science degree from Lake Superior State University in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Research, and Foundations from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

In 2016 Dr. Dallas was named the Colorado Reba M Ferguson Memorial Rookie Elementary School Principal of the Year, in 2020 he was named Colorado's Secondary School Principal of the Year, and in 2021 he was named the Colorado Association of Secondary School Principals Distinguished Service Award Recipient.

Dr. Dallas says he is honored and humbled to be serving the community in Fountain-Fort Carson School District, and he is looking forward to partnering with school leadership and members of the FFC8 community to continue and expand on the district's rich history of excellence.
