FFCHS New Head Basketball Coach Announced

The Fountain–Fort Carson High School Athletic Department is proud and excited to announce the hiring of our next FFCHS Head Boys Basketball Coach, Mr. Anthony Davis. Coach Davis graduated from FFCHS in 2013 and participated in basketball and football. Davis attended the University of Northern Colorado where he graduated with a B.A. in Secondary Education and played football. Davis also holds an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction. Davis is currently a Social Studies teacher at FFCHS and has also served as an assistant coach in both basketball and football.

Athletic Director Jarrett Sweckard says, “Anthony will be a great addition to our Fountain- Fort Carson head coaching staff.”

Coach Davis says he’s “looking forward to give back to the community that gave so much to me. I’m excited to support the process of maturing young men into what they can be.”

Coach Davis attended Mountainside Elementary, Fountain Middle School, and FFCHS.
