LEARNING IN FOUNTAIN-FORT CARSON

Every one of our employees is always learning.

We use an intentional system of teams along with agile goal-setting and clear areas of focus to move work forward in a collaborative, authentic way.

Our district also offers graduate-level educational opportunities for staff.

In FFC8, you're never on an island by yourself - there's always someone to bounce ideas off of, help around the corner, and people rooting you on as you embark on your own learning journey.
