Parents, we want to support remote learning for your student as best as possible and understand that you may have technical issues. We have created an email address and phone number you can use to reach out for tech support. Here is the information you need to include in your email or voicemail:

Here is the schedule for student pick up/drop off of items. As stated emails with logistics will be provided prior to these dates so you can find the designated locations for drop off laptops, pick up items, and maintain social distancing and safety.
If you have multiple students enrolled in our school please use the May 22nd date as your date for pick up/drop off, or come in with grade level students on assigned dates.
Lost and Found items as well as Art and pottery items not requested via email for pickup will be located outside in the front of the building by the art room entrance. Yearbooks will also be for sale Thursday and Friday next to the lost and found location (Cash and Check ONLY). MASKS and GLOVES will be required and only one person at a time will be allowed to approach the location at a time. To access this area you will need to park in the back of the parking lot. ITEMS NOT REQUESTED VIA EMAIL BY MAY 18TH, MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE DURING YOUR STUDENTS PICKUP TIME. For these individuals please email email@example.com to schedule an appointment for pickup. Carson Middle School has office hours during the emergency closure to support registration of:
1) New students (for current year 2019-2020)
2) Existing students who would like to re-enroll (for current year 2019-2020) or withdraw
3) Families dropping off next year’s OOD and OOZ request forms.
Our office hours for registration needs will be:
Every Wednesday 9am-1pm starting April 8th-(please arrive early enough prior to 1pm so there will be enough time to provide you with assistance)
We ask that parents wait/stay in our vestibule and/or outside and use proper social distancing practices if waiting in a line.
Please do not visit the school during registration hours unless you have one of these needs or are picking up an instructional packet for your student between 12:00-1:00pm.

Resources for Military Students
Tutor.com for Military Families is a Department of Defense-funded program that provides online tutoring and homework help at no charge to all K-12 students in eligible military families.
Elementary school students in grades 3-5, middle school students, and high school students all had the opportunity to log in to tutor.com/military and work with one of our 3,200 live, expert tutors in our safe and anonymous online classroom. Each student now has access to one-on-one academic support anytime, 24/7 in over 50 subjects.
If you have K-12 military dependents in your household, each student is eligible to have his/her own account. Simply visit www.tutor.com/military, select your branch of service, and follow the instructions to get started.

Withdrawing a Student or Students not returning
To withdraw a student from CMS, we ask that you stop by the school and fill out a withdrawal form at least 2-3 days PRIOR to the student's last day of school. If your student will not be returning please contact email@example.com
